At Word of Life Arizona, our faith is rooted in the Word of God and centered on Jesus Christ. We are a Spirit-filled, family-oriented church commissioned with purpose to raise up a generation that will impact the world with the Gospel.

1. The Bible

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is our final standard for faith, life, and godliness.

2. God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

We believe in one eternal God, revealed in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each is fully God and worthy of worship.

3. Jesus Christ, Our Savior and Lord

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose again, and ascended to the Father. He will return again in glory to reign forever.

4. Salvation by Grace Through Faith

We believe salvation is the gift of God, received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. It cannot be earned by works but is received through repentance and faith.

5. Water Baptism & Communion

We believe in the command of Jesus to be baptized in water as a public declaration of our faith and identification with Christ. We also practice Communion as a remembrance of His sacrifice and a proclamation of His victory.

6. The Holy Spirit and Spiritual Gifts

We believe the baptism of the Holy Spirit is for every believer and empowers us to live holy, bold, and fruitful lives. We believe the gifts of the Spirit are active and necessary today to edify the Church and advance the Gospel.

7. The Great Commission

We believe every believer is called to make disciples of all nations. We exist to win souls, build lives, and send out Spirit-filled disciples to transform families, cities, and nations.

8. The Church

We believe the Church is the Body of Christ on the earth. It is God’s family and His plan to bring hope, healing, and transformation to the world. We are called to gather, grow, serve, and go together.

9. Family and Generations

We believe God designed family as the foundation of society and the Church. We are committed to raising up strong families who will leave a legacy of faith and purpose for the next generation.

10. Eternity

We believe heaven and hell are real places. Every person will spend eternity either with God through Jesus Christ or separated from Him.
